Payment is due by the 20th day of the month following the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
All goods remain the property of Lionite Mele Ltd. until final payment is received.
All payments are subject to Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Carriage Paid Order (Any mixture of product ranges)
£300 Exclusive VAT (to any one address in UK Mainland)
£350 Exclusive VAT (to any one address in N.Ireland)
£525 Exclusive VAT (to any one address in Offshore Islands)
All other destinations carriage charged at cost.
Description Prices
All descriptions and prices are correct at time of going to press but the company reserves the right to alter them at anytime without prior notice. All colours and descriptions refer to finishes on product and do not necessarily mean to imply materials are from natural sources.
Defective Merchandise
Merchandise defective in manufacture will be accepted for Credit only if the claim is made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
No credit will be given for faulty goods returned and which were purchased / invoices more than 12 months previously.
Goods must be returned by the most economical means.
No credit will be given for shopworn or initialised merchandise.
Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carriers and all claims should be made on the carrier.
Damaged cartons or broken security seals must be signed for as damaged at time of delivery.
Lionite Mele will not accept claims in respect of goods consignments signed unexamined.
